Who we are
One operation behind every brand.
We started as a transfer operator and grew into a group. Each venture serves its own market under its own name, while sharing one supplier network, one operations desk and one technology platform.
That shared base lets us open a new market quickly, keep service consistent across countries and grow each brand without rebuilding the back office.
Today the group works from two companies: Paxvel SRL in Brussels and My Transfer Turizm in Istanbul.

The founders
Arif Gunes (Myumyun)
Founder & Managing PartnerArif Gunes (Myumyun) has spent more than twenty-five years building travel and ground-mobility businesses, from tour operations to airport services and B2B technology. He graduated in Tourism Management from Akdeniz University in 2001 with honours. He began in operations at STG Travel Services in Istanbul, planning and running adventure programmes for operators such as Explore, Djoser and Baobab, and met online travel early on through Expedia's first transfer operations in Türkiye.
From 2006 to 2017 he grew with TAV Tourism, part of TAV Airports Holding, moving from operations to team lead and then to representing the company's offices in Türkiye and abroad, across corporate travel and MICE. He led the research, launch and management of tavport.com, which became Türkiye's leading B2C airport transfer platform, overseeing more than USD 20 million in annual operations along with lounge, fast-track and meet-and-assist services.
At the end of 2018 he co-founded Pax Drive in Istanbul with Cenk Baybora: a B2B transfer system that serves more than 850 companies in over 50 countries through its API and supplier network. At the end of 2024 the partners founded Paxvel SRL in Belgium, the parent of the group's ventures. His focus is digital transformation, mobility services, software project management, strategy and e-commerce. He speaks Turkish, Bulgarian and English fluently, has working Russian and German, and is learning Dutch. In 2018, the year he founded Pax Drive, he trekked to Everest Base Camp with friends, an experience he says shaped how he approaches difficult steps in business.
